So I got some of the programming done but I couldn’t figure out how to finish it. It doesn’t run yet but I might ask you for some help to see if I can get it to work. My brother is also taking a Java programming class so he did a lot of the work for me and explained it all to me. I actually didn’t have my computer all weekend and I could have used another computer but my friend was in the hospital and my computer was in her room and it wasn’t the biggest thing on my mind.

I am still working on my code. I think that it would be easier if we went over a few more fundamentals in class. I feel like we should do some practice, small time programming as a group just to get our feet wet and understand more about which packages to use, and some of the basics of Java. I do have experience in Ada, but when it comes to programming Java it feels like I am speaking a different dialect…It is the same thing just said a different way. Perhaps taking a basic Java class would have suited me well but I think with a little guidance I could tackle these programs with no problems!

Computer Programming Assignment

we are trying to create a program that will be used for a medical database. The program should be lightweight and easy to program for a small group. I think that the project seems like a nice undertaking. It is nice to do an assignment that will be used in a practical setting. Although we have only a foundation set up, we could start working on programming some of the fundamentals of the program. If we know that we definitely want something to be in the program, we should start it now. We can worry about more complexities once we get the fundamentals down.
